The Benefits of Membership • Up-to-date, accurate, science-based information on biosolids and residuals recycling in the region. NEBRA’s central office maintains files of biosolids/residuals information, answers questions, provides copies of key documents, and maintains this website. Members receive (by mail) "NEBRA Highlights" in the quarterly NEWEA Journal and the electronic NEBRAMail. Organization memberships can elect to receive multiple copies of each (attach to the registration form a list of email and mail addresses for employees). Members also receive regular email updates, such as research abstracts on cutting-edge topics. And, as a member, you can call any time for a quick, thorough response to your questions or information needs. • Work with the leading experts in the field: NEBRA’s members and contacts are the leaders in the field. We share information widely, both in and around New England and eastern Canada, and through contacts around the continent and the world. We work together on committees and projects. We can put you in touch with what you need in a matter of minutes. • Specialty conferences and workshops: NEBRA offers an annual conference each Fall, in collaboration with NEWEA. plus occasional workshops, webinars, and tours. Members participate at a reduced rate. • Support for North East biosolids/residuals education and outreach. NEBRA is a leader in effective public outreach and participation and helps facilitate timely research on this and other topics. NEBRA helps members work with the public, putting on tours, issuing newsletters, and addressing the media. • Priority support for Biosolids Management Programs / EMS: NEBRA members get free limited consultation and support for developing and maintaining a National Biosolids Partnership "Biosolids Management Program" / Environmental Management System (EMS), including site visits, training, and assistance with internal audits.Helping ensure diverse options for sewage sludge & biosolids management in this region. |
There are two options for paying your membership, making a contribution, or buying something: 1. Simple bank transfer. Request an electronic invoice from the NEBRA office (info@nebiosolids.org). The invoice we email you will have a unique link to a secure Intuit Payment Network webpage, where you create an ACH bank transaction to NEBRA, protected by Intuit (makers of TurboTax; they know security!). OR... 2. Click the PayPal "Donate" button. You can use your PayPal account or just a credit card (PayPal account not required). PayPal provides secure processing and notifies NEBRA of your payment.
